As a South Florida native, Dwight has been around golf his whole life, having the privilege of playing collegiately at both the University of Florida and the University of Alabama, then a few years professionally. After finishing a Masters Degree at Dallas Theological Seminary he married his beautiful wife Blaire in 2011 and while on their honeymoon in Maui, Dwight met the CEO of Ogio and was hired as their golf rep two weeks later. It was through this providential opportunity that Dwight began his career as a golf sales rep.

The DR Golf LLC was established in 2018 and it was from there that Dwight began to grow his team by first hiring his assistant, Ashley Pyle and then his Sub-Rep, Riley Fellows. He is passionate about partnering with the best brands in golf and offering the highest level of service. In order to do that, adding like minded team members was a key component. 

Dwight currently resides in North Palm Beach with his wife Blaire and 4 young children. He still enjoys playing golf and competing when he can but most enjoys teaching the game to his kids.

Riley started with the DR Golf team in 2023. Riley has a passion for quality merchandise and golf as a whole. Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Riley’s golf journey started during his studies at Central Michigan University. Studying Marketing and Professional Sales, he gained valuable experience at Pohlcat Golf Club and Bucks Run Golf Club, laying the foundation for his career.

In his most recent role at Esplanade Golf & Country Club in Naples, Riley’s commitment as the First Assistant and Merchandise Manager left a lasting impression. Now at DR Golf, he channels his passion, ensuring every golfer’s experience is memorable, both on and off the course.

Andy Skelton

Andy Skelton became part of the DR Golf team in 2024, bringing a wealth of supply chain expertise and a passion for both golf and customer service. Originally from Lambertville, Michigan, Andy also attended Central Michigan University with Riley, where he studied Marketing and Logistics Management. He started his professional career with Kellogg/Kellanova in their Supply Chain Rotational Program and was there for 5 years before transitioning into the golf industry.

Now at DR Golf, Andy’s strong background in operations execution and continuous improvement allows him to seamlessly manage client relationships and deliver top-notch service. Whether it’s handling orders, helping plan and execute gifting for an event, or addressing any customer needs, Andy is a reliable resource and always willing to go the extra-mile for his colleagues and friends.
